The Sensex is now down 36 points at 10,649.Cipla has surged 2.5% to Rs 220, and Dr.Reddy's has spurted over 2% to Rs 1,343.HDFC Bank has declined nearly 2% to Rs 764. Hero Honda has dropped 1.7% to Rs 754. Reliance Energy and Tata Motors are down 1.5% each at Rs 452 and Rs 773, respectively.Hindalco, TCS, Bharti Airtel and Tata Steel are down over 1% each.Out of 2,082 stocks traded so far, 1,022 have advanced, 977 have declined and 83 are unchanged.
