JAMS operations complement the business of Servion Global.
The acquisition would widen the company's footprint and network in the UK - a region that is becoming critical for the company, where it has no presence.

Around 35 employees would be added to the company's current workforce.
The company is not looking at any further acquisitions. However, it is looking at expanding its presence to Latin America and Africa.
