Shriram Transport Finance Company today said its net profit rose by 25.26 per cent to Rs 207.45 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, against the same period in the previous fiscal.
Total income rose to Rs 1,064.49 crore for the latest quarter ended September 30, against Rs 901.63 crore in the same period corresponding year, Shriram Transport Finance Company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share or 20 per cent per equity share.
Shares of the company were today trading at Rs 392 on the BSE, up 0.51 per cent from its previous close.
