The board of directors of Southern Ispat (SI) at its meeting held on April 18, 2005, have approved to allot 6.52 lakh equity shares of Rs 10/- each by way of bonus shares .According to a release issued by Southern Ispat to the BSE, the shareholders have given their nod at the EGM held on March 25,2005 by debiting the reserves & surplus and crediting the share capital account.
