The board of directors of Sical Logistics, which met yesterday, approved a proposal to acquire 100% shares of Bergen Offshore Logistics, a company incorporated in Singapore.According to a release issued by Sical to the BSE today, the board also approved a proposal to invest in Sical Iron Ore Terminals, the special purpose vehicle formed to implement the Ennore iron ore terminal on BOT basis.
