Diversified firm Siemens today said it has bagged a power project worth Rs 55 crore from Prakash Industries.
The scope of work includes supply of "100 MW bleed condensing turbo generator sets" and supervision of their erection and commissioning, Siemens said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The project will be commissioned by August 2011.
Siemens has presence in the field of power and healthcare.
Shares of Siemens were trading at Rs 665.30 on the BSE, down 0.58 per cent from previous close.
