Silver Emporium introduces "bike" made of silver

Silver Emporium, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of silver artifacts, has introduced first of its kind “bike” handcrafted in silver.

Priced between Rs 0.5 crore and Rs 1 crore (US$85,000 – 170,000) depending upon customized product, the “bike” targets up market bike enthusiasts, art-collectors and high network individuals. The silver bike is a visual treat, and a result of highest quality precision engineering, that has taken months of planning and meticulous work by the master craftsmen to complete and assemble each and every piece.

The company has painstakingly handcrafted each parts of the bike that has been laser cut for accuracy and quality (this is more expensive but far superior to other profiling methods).

The bike is scheduled to be showcased at the global event India International Jewellery Show (IIJS) being organized by the Gems & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) in Mumbai between August 8 and 12, 2013.
