Sirvisetti Global Services, a subsidiary of US-based Sirvisetti Systems, is planning to invest about Rs 3 crore in the next twelve months on its recently launched Indian operations here. The company plans to double its staff strength from the existing 30 in the next three months, and also expand the infrastructure at its development center. |
"We have plans to increase our investments to Rs 20 crore in the next 3-4 years and grow our Indian operations globally," Amal Sirvisetti, the CEO of the company, said at a press conference today. |
The subsidiary will take up software development and provide outsourcing services to the US company's global customers. "We are planning to provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to our customers in the wholesale distribution, telecom, healthcare and sales outsourcing segments," Sirvisetti informed. |
The center proposes to offer value-added services for its outbound telemarketing customers. Its tele -representatives, with a click of a button, can verify if the phone numbers that the customers want to call are registered with www.DoNotCall.gov. |
The US company has developed a business automation platform "� AppTalk "� for developing and deploying web services application programme interfaces. |
It is also a certified partner for Oracle Corporation and developed two transactions automation solutions "� AutoFax and Auto Connector "� for the latter. The two products offer companies cost-effective solutions to meet key business and technology challenges of their enterprise customers, Sirvisetti claimed. |
