Hyderabad-based SKS Microfinance has issued and allotted Rs 200-crore worth of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) via private placement.
The transaction was done yesterday, it informed the stock exchanges.
"The company has issued and allotted secured, non-cumulative, redeemable, taxable, listed, rated NCDs of face value of Rs 1 million each aggregating to Rs 200 crore on private placement basis and the same will be listed on wholesale debt market segment of BSE Limited," the company said in its filing.
