The seventh session of the unique, Management Ideas update series was conducted at Skyline Business School, the topic being "Incentivising Sales Personnel". The session was delivered by Amrish Sahgal, of the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad.
The sessions highlighted new trends in management fields, spanning strategy, finance, human resources, e-CRM, SCM and concepts that can turn organizations around by quick and innovative usage.
Particular emphasis was on innovative marketing and customer relationship management which has been identified as the key areas requiring special focus by managements pan industry.

The programme was targeted at individuals as well as corporates. The first Management Ideas Update was launched on October 12 to celebrate the completion of 7 years of imparting quality education.
In the seven sessions held there were executives from TATA AIG, Prime Honda, EXL, TCS, HCL Infotech, SBI, Titan, Ernst & Young, trainees from AIESEC, Intex Technologies as well as several alumni and management students who attended the seminar.
As per a statement issued by the institute, the feedback received from participants was satisfying.
While most rated the overall presentation as "excellent", "it was perfect", and contents of the lectures as "excellent presentation with good analogies", examples, "focused" and remarks on applicability in work life touching "100%".
