Skyline Constructions, a Bangalore-based property developer, which got Rs 225 crore investment from Indiareit Fund Advisors last year, has built a land bank of 300 acres in a few south Indian cities during the past year.
Indiareit Fund Advisors is a real estate venture capital fund promoted by the Mumbai-based Piramal group.
“The company’s land bank of 300 acres has been built in multiple locations in south India to initiate small residential to high-end villa projects,” Avinash Prabhu, managing director, Skyline Constructions said. Skyline Constructions is shortly launching an eight acre villa project in Chennai on East Coast Road near Covelong Beach.
