Sobha Developers Ltd has announced the launch of 40 premium villas as part of the second phase of Sobha City, an integrated township in Thrissur, Kerala.
The cost of the second phase of the project, spread over an area of six acre, will be Rs 100 crore, said a company release.
The integrated township will have amenities like club house, business hotel and a mall.
