Softbpo Global Services, engaged in software development, today said it has decided to seek shareholders' nod to issue 40 new equity shares for one each held on rights basis.
The board of directors approved notice for convening an extra-ordinary general meeting of shareholders to seek their consent for the rights issue in the ratio of 40:1, Softbpo Global Services informed the Bombay Stock Exchange in regulatory filing.
The board also considered and approved changing the name of the company to IDream Film Infrastructure Company, it said.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 224.80, up 5 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
