IT consulting and software services firm Sonata Software has posted a 21% increase in net profit at Rs 11.93 crore for the quarter ended September 2007 Q2FY08, over the corresponding quarter last fiscal.The growth is attributed to the rapid increase in the topline, which has doubled to reach Rs 334.06 crore during the quarter under review.Sonata is focusing on improving the value addition to customers and internal efficiencies," said B Ramaswamy, president & MD, Sonata Software.
