Sony MAX appoints Vaishali Sharma as marketing head

She was serving at Times Now as Vice President, Marketing

Multi Screen Media (MSM) has appointed Vaishali Sharma as its new marketing & communications head for its Hindi movies and special events channel SONY MAX.

Sharma will take position vacated by Gaurav Seth, who was made marketing head of the Hindi general entertainment channel Sony Entertainment Television (SET) following the exit of Danish Khan.

She joins from English news channel Times Now, where she was serving as as Vice President, Marketing.

She has twenty year of experience spanning across various business verticals including brand and television channel launches, category creation, building brands in new media and adapting global strategies to bolster local brands.

She has also worked with BBC Global News and Walt Disney Television as head of marketing.
