The MOU was signed at the investors meet on September 23, the company said in a release issued to the BSE today.
The integrated steel plant, proposed at Kuthuparamba in Kannur district, has a capacity of 1,000 MT sponge iron, 800 MT steel billets, structural TMT bar and rolling mill along with 50MW power by waste heat recovery, the release added.
