Spicejet today allotted 61,52,016 equity shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 89.30 per share on preferential basis to Istithmar PJSC, Dubai.According to a release issued by Spicejet to the BSE today, the preferential issue was according to the terms approved by the shareholders on September 30, 2005."Hamed Ahmed Kazim has been co-opted as director on the board of the company with effect from October 14, 2005," the release added.
