The airline notched an on-time performance score of 79.9% across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, according to DGCA data.
This high score is the result of constant focus of all departments across the company on on-time performance, where every delay is tracked, and root causes investigated, said Sanjiv Kapoor, chief operating officer.
