Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network today said two of its promoters had pledged 3 million equity shares of the company accounting for a combined 12.16% of the total number of the outstanding shares.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the firm said Ravi Gautam Adhikari and Kailashnath Markand Adhikari had pledged 1.5 million shares each on August 11 and August 12, respectively.
While Ravi Gautam Adhikari holds 3.425 million shares in the company, Kailashnath Markand Adhikari owns 3.427 million shares.
The firm's scrips closed at Rs 50, down 0.40% from previous close on the BSE.
