SSPL to focus on distribution

The Sebastian & Sons India Private Ltd (SSPL), importer and distributor of in-car entertainment products and related accessories, has announced the launch of a national multi-brand distribution network.
 
The SSPL network, headquartered in Bangalore, will extend across 20 states, offering a wide portfolio of products ranging from entry-level speakers and amplifiers to quality accessories and high-end in-car entertainment systems.
 
A wholly-owned subsidiary of the Gulf Wireless and Television Co LLC based in Dubai (UAE), the SSPL aims to offer guaranteed quality standards, professional and efficient service and an unparalleled choice of global in-car entertainment products through its network.
 
Phase one of SSPL's distribution network expansion will cover operations in Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Orissa, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi and Rajasthan.
 
Pioneering developers of carbon fibre and Kevlar speakers, Ultimate have appointed SSPL as their exclusive representatives for the country. SSPL unveiled a range of products from the Ultimate T1, T2 & T3 series that would be available through the company's network of Distributors and Dealers across India. The Ultimate T series speakers not only look great but also present crystal clear sound.
 
The SSPL also announced the launch of entry-level car audio systems, manufactured by Ultimate Sound of Canada distortion free sound even at a high volume at a price of Rs 1,080 for the base level speakers.
 
The company is also the exclusive brand representatives of Boston Acoustics, Tsunami Cables and JL Audio in India.
 
It will also be setting up the country's first in-car entertainment installation, design and fabrication institute in partnership with Car Audio People's Installers Institute, a globally acclaimed training institute for the car entertainment installation industry. The institute will be located in Trichur, Kerala and is scheduled to open in late 2006.
 
The institute will offer the country's vast pool of installers and car audio service engineers an organized training program through globally recognized training modules developed by industry experts.
