STC, Nafed and Spice Board form SPVBS Reporter / Mumbai November 21, 2007The State Trading Corporation (STC), National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (Nafed) and Spices Board have come together to form a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the first agri services zone in Madhya Pradesh especially dedicated to chillies and vegetables, sources close to the development said.
