The board of directors of Steel Strips Wheels, at its meeting held on April 30, 2005, has decided to expand its wheel rims business in the potential European and other international markets.According to a release issued by Steel Strips Wheels to the BSE, the company has planned to float a wholly owned subsidiary in Slovakia Republic with a 4 million-wheel plant to cater to local demand.
