Sterling Biotech is planning to acquire China Gelatin, a gelatin manufacturing facility, in an all-cash deal.According to a release issued by Sterling to the BSE today, it will be the company's first overseas acquisition."The acquisition will enable the company to tap new growth markets in the Far East Asia, including China," the release added.
