Workers at Triveni Engineering and Industries' turbine business group in Bangalore have gone on flash strike. According to the company, workers have gone on flash strike in protest against termination of one of the employees. Law and order is being maintained. The company has initiated negotiations with the striking workers. Triveni Engineering is a major supplier of steam turbines to Indian Navy and other shipping companies.
