Drug maker Sun Pharmaceutical Industries today said its net profit rose by 22.24 per cent to Rs 1,817.73 crore in 2008-09 over the same previous fiscal.
The company had a net profit of Rs 1,486.90 crore for the year ended March 2008, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Total income rose to Rs 4,272.30 crore for the year ended March 2009, from Rs 3,356.53 crore for the same period last fiscal.
