The revenue of the company marked a growth of 10 per cent to Rs 625.49 crore during the quarter, when compared to Rs 567.55 crore total income from operations registered during the corresponding quarter of previous year.
The subscription revenue of the company has increased around 17 per cent to Rs 228.55 crore, said a company announcement.
Quoting the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC), it added that its Tamil channel Sun TV, the flagship channel of the company, continue to be the number one channel on an all India basis, ahead of Colors and Star Plus. Gemini TV, its Telugu channel, is also among the top five channels in India recently, added the company.
