Sundaram Finance's subsidiary company Sundaram Finance Distribution has sold its holdings in rating agency Credit Analysis & Research Ltd for Rs 67.48 crore.
"... Sundaram Finance Distribution has sold its holdings in CARE for a total consideration of Rs 67.48 crore," Sundaram Finance said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
