Mango Sip was established by first generation entrepreneur Dhirendra Singh. It has carved a niche for itself in the market with a basket of 25 product variants.
Manpasand feels that Deol, with a strong fan following amongst the urban and rural masses, gels well with Manpasand’s Mango Sip brand, which has a strong presence amongst the masses across the country.

Dhirendra Singh, chairman and managing director, Manpasand Beverages said, “We are confident that Sunny Deol's association will help in significantly increasing the per capita consumption of mango drinks in the country. With a strong presence in tier-2 and tier-3 markets, our network is spread across 200,000 plus retail outlets and over 2,000 dealers. Our aim is to double these numbers in a few years. We will be starting a full 360-degree media campaign shortly."
The company plans to invest over Rs 100 crore in the next one year to more than double its manufacturing capacity as well as distribution network. It targets a Rs 1,000 crore turnover within the next three years. Manpasand aims to take its sales to Rs 1,000 crore in the coming three years from a current turnover of just over Rs 300 crore.
It has over 200,000 retailers, over 2,000 distributors and 200 plus super stockists. The company’s manufacturing facilities are located at Vadodara in Gujarat, Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh and at Dehradun in Uttaranchal. It has a capacity of producing 60,000 cases per day at present, which it plans to expand up to 150,000 cases per day. One case is 24 bottles.
Singh had said earlier, "The beverages industry is expected to see 35% to 40% growth in foreseeable future. In next five years, we expect the size of fruit drink industry to more than double to around Rs 12,000 crore to Rs 15,000 crore."
