"Suzlon has been responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from development, construction to commissioning and has also been contracted to undertake operations and maintenance services of the project for 12 years...
"The project will provide electricity to over 28,000 homes and curb 0.10 million tonnes of carbon-di-oxide emissions annually," the company said in a BSE filing.

The project comprising of 24 WTGs (Wind Turbine Generators) of 2.1 Mw each, is located in Tejuva, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
"It forms an integral part of Suzlon's Jaisalmer wind park, billed to be the country's largest wind park with a cumulative capacity over 1,300 Mw," it added.
Shares of Suzlon were trading at Rs 24.30 apiece, up 1.46 per cent, from their previous close on the BSE.
