Suzlon Energy today said two of its promoter group entities -- Tanti Holdings and Samanvaya Holdings -- have pledged 1.68% stake in the company.
However, the financial details were not disclosed.
Tanti Holdings and Samanvaya Holdings have pledged three crore shares, representing 1.68% stake, in favour of IL&FS and SICOM, according to a regulatory filing.
These transactions took place on December 16, 17 and 19.
Prior to this, Samanvaya Holdings had 1.07% stake in Suzlon Energy while that of Tanti Holdings stood at 3.17%.
In a separate filing, IL&FS said it has hiked its shareholding in Suzlon Energy to 7.72% through acquisition of "pledge" shares.
Earlier, IL&FS had 4.59% stake in the wind power major.

Last month, Suzlon Energy had said that Samanvaya Holdings offloaded 2.08% stake in the company for Rs 100.45 crore.
"Samanvaya Holdings has sold 3.7 crore shares, representing 2.08% stake in the wind-turbine maker, for Rs 100.45 crore through an open market transaction," the company had said.
At the end of the September quarter, Samanvaya Holdings and Tanti Holdings held 0.24% and 1.61% respectively. There were 22 promoter group entities that held over 54.84% in the company.
Shares of Suzlon Energy today climbed 3.17% to close at Rs 19.55 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
