TAFE's Chairman and CEO told Business Standard that the company has signed MoU with the Tamil Nadu Government to set up the facilty.
The company is looking at setting up the facility in and around Chennai and it will cater both domestic and export markets.
She said demand for products in South, good supply chain, connectivity, logistics advantage are the key reasons for the company to choose the state.
The factory will create around 1,200 jobs and will variety of products including Rotavator, harvester and others.
