For the half-year ended September 30, its net profit stood at Rs 4.29 crore on a total income of Rs 36.34 crore, as against a net profit of Rs 3.21 crore and income of Rs 30 crore in the same period last year. On an equity base of Rs 12.54 crore, it works out to an annualised earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 6.86.
Room revenues grew by 35 per cent in the second quarter over the same period of last year on account of higher occupancies and improved ARRs (average room rents).
Average occupancy level in the second quarter increased to 73 per cent from that of 64 per cent. Revenue from food & beverages (F&B) segment showed an increase of 21 per cent in the period.
