| VisualSoft Technologies has posted a net profit of Rs 28.32 crore on a total income of Rs 192.87 crore for the fiscal ended March 31, 2005 as compared with Rs 37.6 crore on a total revenue of Rs 155.56 crore in the previous year. |
| The total expenditure during the year went up steeply at Rs 143,84 crore as compared with Rs 101.91 crore in the previous fiscal. Increase in provision for depreciation further reduced the profit before taxation to Rs 29.87 crore (Rs 37.56 crore). |
| The company's revenue from software sales and services stood at Rs 185.42 crore (Rs 153.86 crore). VisualSoft also forayed into BPO segment by registering an income of Rs 2.75 crore during the year 2004-05. The earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 14.21 as compared to Rs 18.93 in previous year. |
