Tanti Holdings stake in Suzlon Energy drops to 1.65%

Tanti Holdings pledged 13 million shares, or 0.74% stake, in favour of SICOM

Suzlon Energy today said the stake of Tanti Holdings, a promoter group entity, has come down to 1.65% due to pledging of shares.

Tanti Holdings pledged 13 million shares, or 0.74% stake, in favour of SICOM, according to a regulatory filing.

This transaction took place on April 9, this month.

Prior to the pledging, Tanti Holdings held 2.39% stake in Suzlon.

In December last year, two promoter group firms -- Tanti Holdings and Samanvaya Holdings -- had pledged 1.68% stake in the company.

Shares of Suzlon Energy today closed Rs 24.30 apiece, up 0.62% on the BSE.
