Tata AIG Life Insurance, a promoter group company of Tata Steel, has purchased 10,900 shares of the steel maker for about Rs 50.84 lakh. However, the total shareholding of Tata AIG Life Insurance will remain at 0.23 per cent, as it used to hold earlier, Tata Steel said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange.
