Tata Coffee has won the bid for the acquisition of six estates of Tata Tea, based in South India, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 55 crore (the value of which will be subject to adjustment for actual net current assets as on date of transfer).This was announced in a release issued by Tata Coffee to the BSE today.
