Tata Motors will subscribe to 1.50 crore 0.01% cumulative redeemable preference shares (CRPS) of Rs 100 each totalling Rs 150 crore to be issued by Tata Finance. According to a release issued by Tata Finance to the BSE today, the company will redeem the existing 1.50 crore CRPS of Rs 100 each on February 28, 2005.
