Tata Steel holds YATS zonal round

The competition is aimed at providing a platform for the high school students to explore space science and astronomy

Tata Steel in collaboration with the city-based Pathani Samanta planetarium conducted the zonal round of the seventh 'Young Astronomer Talent Search' (YATS).

The competition is aimed at providing a platform for the high school students to explore space science and astronomy. More than 500 students from around 50 schools in Bhubaneswar and nearby areas participated in the competition.

Tata Steel will honour the top 20 young scientists selected through eight such zonal events held across the state.
