Tecpro Systems today said it has bagged Rs 146.6 crore order from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) for the entire coal handling package for a power plant.
"Tecpro Systems has received an order worth Rs 146.6 crore from DVC for supply of coal handling plant package for Bokaro Thermal Power Station (1X500 MW) along with related services," the Gurgaon-based engineering firm said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The scope of the order includes designing, manufacturing and commissioning of the entire coal handling systems for the power plant. However, no execution timeline was given.
"The order from DVC reflects our leadership position in coal handling segment along with proven execution abilities," Tecpro's Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Amul Gabrani said.
This is for the third time in last eight days Tecpro has announced bagging of orders.
On December 28, it announced getting of orders worth Rs 267.3 crore from a NTPC subsidiary. Two days later, it said that it has bagged a Rs 95 crore international order.
