Temasek Holdings, the Singapore government's investment company, has sold its full 5.26% stake in healthcare major Apollo Hospitals Enterprise for Rs 133.68 crore.The stakes were held by two investment firms Maxwell Mauritius and Aranda Investments.Maxwell Mauritius sold 20.79 lakh shares, while Aranda Investment sold 6.4 lakh shares for Rs 491.50 each in a bulk deal on March 5, as per data available on the Bombay Stock Exchange.Aranda Investments held 6.4 lakh shares representing a 1.24% stake and Maxwell Mauritius held around 20.79 lakh shares representing 4.03% in the Chennai-based healthcare group, according to the shareholding structure at the end of December 31.Meanwhile, another fund-house Fid Funds Mauritius of Fidelity Investments bought 29.4 lakh shares, or 5.7% of Apollo for around Rs 144.62 crore at the same price Temasek's units sold their stakes.Fidelity Select Portfolios Medical Delivery Portfolio already holds 7.23 lakh shares representing a 1.4% stake in Apollo.
