My guests and I were being escorted to our table at Dum Pukht when I bumped into Sanjay Menon, a wine importer from Mumbai whom I had come to know recently. While my guests took their seats, Menon took me across to his table to introduce me to his chief guest, the president of the legendary wine maker Chateau Latour, who was visiting India.
