In 1991, he came to India and set up the first Nextt 2000 showroom in Chandigarh with an initial investment of a few lakh rupees.
Today there are five Nextt 2000 showrooms and Brar deals in everything from menswear and womenswear to kidswear and accessories.
Though I did a course in hotel management from London, my chief interest was clothes and fashion. I always felt I had a flair for designing and an eye for good clothes.
