Realtor DLF Saturday said it has appointed three directors on its board to strengthen its management.
The company has appointed former president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Ved Kumar Jain, as an independent director on the board.
It has also appointed architect Mohit Gural as a whole-time director for a period of five years. Gujral is responsible for development of company's real estate businesses in various locations other than Gurgaon and Western India.
The company also appointed Rajeev Talwar, who currently holds group level responsibilities in various areas of the company, as a whole-time director for a period of five years.
