TiE opens door for startups to compete in Israel
TiE Hyderabad is providing assistance and facilitating the participation of local startups in the competition
BS ReporterThe Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Delhi chapter, in partnership with Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has brought the Start Tel Aviv Competition for startups in Hyderabad. TiE Hyderabad is providing assistance and facilitating the participation of local startups in the competition. In the last edition of Start Tel Aviv 2013, Hyderabad-based startup, NowFloats, represented India in the competition.
Entries for participation can be submitted by startup founders aged between 25 and 40 years from domains including web, mobile and security. The startup should be at the seed stage and nominations will be judged on parameters like innovation, team, business and creativity. Participants will have to also submit a 45-second video to explain why their startup should go to Tel Aviv. Last date for submitting nominations is July 11, 2014. Winners will be part of five-day startup experience to learn from the startup ecosystem in Tel Aviv from Sept 14-19 this year.
