As per the agreement, said managing partner of Titus & Co Diljeet Titus, "we will open an Italian desk in our office, while Gasperi will have an Indian desk."
Titus & Co and Gasperi would share their client base and would help each other in serving in their own jurisdictions.
He added that the arrangement would reduce the legal and cultural gap.
Post agreement both firms would represent around 60 companies in various sectors around the globe.
Meanwhile, Titus also clarified that the agreement would not violate the rules and regulations laid by the Bar Council of India, which do not permits foreign law firms to open their offices in India.
At present, Titus & Co which has strong base in legal works for power, oil and gas, telecommunications, automotives, venture capital, banking among others has a wide range of clients from the US, Europe and Asia, including 42 Fortune 500 corporations.

Recently, Titus has also been elected Chairman of Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a two-year term.
