Russia's first private airlines, Transaero, is beginning its bi-weekly flights between Moscow and Amritsar today."The direct regular flight would link Russia and its capital with one of the most wonderful cities of India, Amritsar, for the first time in the history of relations between the two friendly nations," Transaero said in a release.The airlines has been operating direct flights to Goa from Moscow and St. Petersburg, respectively, since 2003 and 2005.
