The stand-off between Bajaj Auto and TVS Motor over the alleged patent infringement continues with both companies sticking to their positions."All I can say is we are confident of what we are doing. We are the most tax savvy company," TVS chairman and managing director Venu Srinivasan told reporters on the sidelines of the SIAM annual convention here.He, however, declined to comment on the company's future course of action saying, "We are taking the advise of our counsel."Srinivasan said Flame - the new 125 cc bike by TVS Motor - is practically ready to sell and will be out in November. The company had filed a patent last month for the CCVTi technology, which has been used in the new offering by TVS and become a bone of contention between the two motorcycle makers in India.Meanwhile, Bajaj Auto managing director Rajiv Bajaj said the company would wait for TVS' Flame to be out in the market to decide on the future course of action regarding the patent infringement suit."We have no overwhelming desire or fondness to go to the court," Bajaj said.
