TVS Elect's call centre in Tumkur

TVS Electronics has set up a multi-lingual call centre in Tumkur, near Bangalore, at an investment of Rs 2 crore to serve the company's customers in the information technology and telecom industries.

A TVS Electronics' press release said the call centre is meant provide technical support for personal computers, POS terminals, mobile handsets and other products that belong to the information technology and communication industries.

In addition to the above, the call centre is meant to provide technical support to financial institutions when they try to bring merchants into the fold of their activities.
