TVS Motor Company has posted a 43% drop in net profit for the year ended March 31, 2007 (FY07) at Rs 66.60 crore, as compared to Rs 117 crore in FY06. Total income for the fiscal rose 19% to Rs 3,928.19 crore from Rs 3,305.96 crore in FY06.The two-wheeler maker posted a 69% drop in net profit at Rs 9 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 (Q4FY07), as against Rs 29.09 crore in Q4FY06. Total income increased 10% to Rs 946.84 crore from Rs 860.62 crore in Q4FY06.
