Domestic two wheeler reported 135,218 units in November 2013 as against 1,50,056 units registered in the month of November 2012.
With increased production and launch of new models the company plans to continue the market share gain in the motorcycle and overall two wheelers, said the company in a statement.

"Domestic retail sales of 1.80 lakh units November 2013, surpassing company expectations and even leading to stock out on some products," said in the statement.
The company added, TVS Jupiter has been well received by the market, as a result TVS goes into the traditionally slower month of December with one of the lowest stock levels in the industry thereby keeping dealers lean.
The company and its distribution is well positioned to take advantage of the conventionally strong fourth quarter and the company is taking all steps to ramp up production to meet this demand.
The company’s billing to dealers for the month of November 2013 stood at 161,908 units against 171,837 units recorded in the month of November 2012.
Scooters sales grew marginally by two% increase to 38,331 units in November 2013 from 37,470 units in November 2012. Motorcycles sales for the month of November 2013 stood at 61,471 units as against 65,494 units in November 2012.
Company's total exports grew by 26% to 25,338 units in November 2013, from 20,080 units in the month of November 2012 . Two wheeler exports registered a growth of 22% with sales growing from 16,727 units in November 2012 to 20,386 units in November 2013.
Three wheeler sales of the company registered an increase of 25%, growing considerably from 5,054 units in November 2012 to 6,304 units in November 2013.
